PORTADOWN FC - GROUND IMPROVEMENTS PROGRESS REPORT - MARCH 2008
By mid-March, the new stand has all the major steel work in place
In preparation for the roof installation, the construction firm has put up safety netting
The first struts for the terraced seating are in place along with several sheets of roofing
Ground works continue at pace, with the removal of the fencing and terracing to the left of the away stand in preparation for the re-alignment of the pitch
At the Clounagh end of the ground, work commences on the training pitch
Current position of the new stand as at 22nd March 2008
