PFC Community Fun Day a Huge Success

PFC Fun Day

Portadown FC Community Fun Day took place today in glorious sunshine at Shamrock Park.  Youngsters and their parents throughly enjoyed the events on offer and the free burgers and refreshments were quickly dispatched.  The 5-a-side football was as competitive as ever, but played in a great spirit of sportsmanship.  The bouncy castles and facepainters were constantly busy and the IFA penalty kick wall was well supported.   It was clear from the expressions of the children that they were clearly enjoying themselves.

Portadown FC’s Community Outreach Group would like to thank for contributing to the success on the day, Hunky Dory’s, Linwoods, Cirrus Plastics, Elliotts Tradition, P&G foods (Eurospar), Carla Lockhart (Mayor of Craigavon), Craigavon Borough Council, Craigavon Sports Advisory Council, Keith Gibson of I.F.A Grassroots, Happy Dayz, St Marys FC, Lurgan Town Boys FC, Portadown Youth, Community Police, Fire Service and all the volunteers who assisted on the day.
